CEAL Clearinghouse Submission Form

Submission Criteria
Submissions are made online by completing this CEAL Clearinghouse Submission Form [see below]. In order to be considered for inclusion in the CEAL Clearinghouse, all information must be completed on the Submission Form. CEAL reserves the right not to accept a submission. Inclusion of materials on the Clearinghouse does not constitute an endorsement by CEAL.

Each submission must:

  • Be directly related to assisted living;
  • Be freely accessible to the public or if there is a fee to access the resource, it must be clearly disclosed;
  • Include references if making a claim as a best/exemplary practice or referring to research; and
  • Include an abstract in English not to exceed 250 words.

Deselection Criteria
Information may be removed from the CEAL Clearinghouse under the following conditions:

  • The individual/organization that originally submitted the material asks to have it removed;
  • Material is deemed by the CEAL Board to not be useful, accurate or valid; and
  • Complaint submitted by a professional with the expertise to make unbiased, knowledge-based judgments is taken under review by the CEAL Board and determined to be valid.
